Nang dahil sa Cake...

As far as I could remember, I slept VERY early last night. Mga 7:30 pa lang yata tulog nco and that was unusual (usually kasi mga 10 or 11:30 pa ako natutulog). Andami ko pang balak gawing mga advance research khapon kasi CHILL lang ako today tpos wala rin pala.Badtrip!

Anyway..

Wednesdays and Fridays are always fun because I have a 3 hour break and so do my UP friends (also known as St.Scho friends). But starting on Sept 12, I'm gonna have a 5 hour break. Holy toledo! (But I really don't know how I'm gonna spend those breaks. BOREDOM KILLS! Don't you know that??) Ugh.

However, today was not the usual. I met up with my friends at AS lobby. I was hungry at that time but I don't know what I was craving for. So we went to Katag to look for something to eat and there we met up with Sheana. Doon nagkayayaan na pumuntang Katips because Mars was craving for cake and there were no bakeshops in UP except for Chokiss which was pretty expensive. Seeing that anyway, we had two hours to spare pa naman, we decided to go to Katipunan. We accompanied Fame and Ayra to their building first bfore going there. It was pouring hard outside and as usual, a big moat started to form around CAL. We were really wet already, good thing we spotted a Katipunan jeepney right away and we arrived at Red Ribbon in no time.

Upon arriving at Red Ribbon, Sheana, Mars and I looked at the selection of cakes. Eh since Mars was treating us, we gave her the liberty of choosing. I guess Mars was really hungry (hehe) and she bought us a whole Dulce de Leche Jr. cake. A junior cake! Just for the three of us! We waited and the cake arrived with water, plates, and forks. YEY we didn't have to worry about beverages. Then we started to joke around and talk and all those things you do when you eat with some friends. Sheana excused herself for a while and headed to the bathroom. When she came back, two survey forms were lying on the table. I was answering one and she offered to answer the other one since Mars was still eating. (She had 6 slices, mind you :P Peace, Mars!) Tapos we HONESTLY encirled numbers and rated the service and when we reached the bottom part of the paper, it said: Name:. Eh we didn't want to give our name so we invented a couple which we got by combining our names. The one who filled up the form that Sheana was holding was named MAGGIE SAVANA and the one I had was filled up by some JOJO VIHON. (It was fun combining our names) So we just laughed and laughed and laughed. The store didn't get those surveys back anyway because Mars took them home as souvenirs before we left :P

We went outside. We only had 30 minutes to go back to UP because we all had classes at 1 pm. We crossed the footbridge to Ateneo and waited for a jeepney to come our way. Empty jeepney: only until the gate. Truck and car crash: traffic. Blue fx: splashed water all over us. Our feet: wet. All the jeepneys: FULL. We then rode a taxi to school.

And it dropped us off between AS and FC and we felt like total celebrities. We arrived just in time (actually we still had 15 more minutes to dry ourselves :D)

Yes. The things people do for cake.
